I’m Kurtis Edwards — A DIGITAL Painter.

I live and work in Michigan, where I create 2D digital art/paintings in impressionistic styles. My art blends nostalgia, whimsy, quiet introspection, and a nod to history. I’m drawn to themes like solitude, connection, and the emotional spaces in between.

You'll find lots of trees in my work. I have a big garden that gives me tons and tons of references. I love animal references too. I also gravitate towards queer art, and that shows up more in my portrait work, or coded into my color palettes and narratives.

I paint using Rebelle by Escape Motions. I print using an Epson large-format printer on archival paper or stretched canvas.
